Designation :- Guest Relationship Executive
Locations: Delhi â€“ Epicuria & Gurgaon Ardee Mall
Comply and adhere with all grooming standard and personal hygiene standards set forth by the organization.
To be the first Representative to greet guests as they arrive.
Â Â Â Â Provide assistance from the moment the guests step into the unit until they leave.
Â To ensure that each guest is personally recognized by name or by using the correct salutations such as "Miss", "Sir", "Ma'am", etc."
Meets and Greets all guests and ensures that they are escorted to the seats
Ensures guests are looked after in the lounge by promptly taking orders and assist in service wherever possible.
If the auditorium is not ready the GRE seats the guests in the lounge area and presents the F&B Menu.
Ensures that the feedback received form the guest recorded and brought to the attention of the unit head and the cluster head.
Will be involved in upselling and cross-selling of F&B products.
Experience into guest relations/customer service.
Excellent communication skills, Presentable, Smart, Confident and Friendly.
Good customer relations; face to face as well as telephone etiquettes, Excellent communication and interpersonal relations, Pro-active. Fluency in English, Hindi
Work Experience: 1/2 years with cinema / retail / customer service/hospitality/lounge experience will be preferred.
Monday to Thursday. (Any 1day)
Friday, Saturday & Sunday Compulsory Working.
Training & Uniform will be provided by the Company.
