1.Responsible to conduct the recruitment process for staff â€“ head of department in the unit.
2.Responsible to conduct the screening process for first interview and initial screening of suitable candidates (Supervisory or below level) for further interview with concerned department.
3.Responsible to ensure that accurate time keeping done by maintaining records of staff attendance, on a daily basis of all on rolls & outsourced / contract employees.
4.Responsible to ensure staff discipline and necessary action against misbehaving staff, supervision of staff attitude and attire, etc.
5.Responsible to compile statistics, reports, survey and other MIS reports daily or monthly.
6.Responsible to follow up on probation, training, confirmation, etc., and complete the documentation for the same, to be handed over to employees on the due date, and not later.
7.Responsible to conduct routine checks on staff behavior, wearing of nametags, staff I.D. cards, proper attire and taking disciplinary action when required.
8.Responsible to ensure all statutory compliance are made and met for the multiplex.
9.Responsible to ensure 100% compliance to the rules stipulated by the multiplex are being adhered and notify department heads concerned if necessary.
10.Responsible to conduct exit interview for staff, and coordinate for other exit interviews with the General Manager.
